New Scanner...

Yay!

1126 this morning I received delivery of a replacement power cable for my computer, and, more importantly, a new scanner... :)

This means that, after a month of being unable to scan anything except photographic slides/negatives, I can eventually replace scans lost in my hard drive failure, and the stuff done subsequently in traditional media... some of which is now over a month overdue...

At the moment, however, my technical difficulties have not yet ended. Currently both lilfuzzyki10 and I are having issues with our internet connection, her desktop keeps losing connection, mine has been doing that today, after something caused my adapter to disassociate on Sunday....

Beyond that, life's getting complicated, but that's another matter all together.
